We take an outcomes-driven, long-term approach to optimizing growth for technology companies.
We believe that there is power in focus, and at any point in time only a few key objectives are at the root of getting to the next stage of success. The better, faster, and cheaper you can accomplish those objectives, the sooner you can set your sights on the next milestones and the more value you can create.
We primarily invest in and work on accelerating the growth of technology companies with $1M to $15M in revenue, growing at least 20% year over year.
Our ideal entrepreneurs also have high potential to make a positive impact on the world that extends beyond the immediate impact of their innovation.

Howard brings together over a decade of experience investing in, advising, and operating early stage and high growth technology and healthcare companies. He is fueled by a passion for technology and healthcare, helping companies grow, and helping people. He believes that every meaningful company starts with a great team.
Howard is the Founder of 2020 On-site (#211 on 2018 Inc. 5,000), America’s largest on-site provider of vision care to corporations and schools. Prior to 2020 On-site, he spent over half a decade at Bain Capital Private Equity and Bain Capital Ventures (GrowthCap’s 2014 Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors), with a focus on B2B Software and Services across all stages of a company’s lifecycle.
Howard received his MPP and MBA from Stanford University, where he was a Siebel Scholar and an Arjay Miller Scholar at the Graduate School of Business. He also received his Honors BA, with distinction, from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. In 2011, Howard was recognized as a “Global Shaper” by the World Economic Forum.​
